Text of the DEM proposed Constitutional Amendment:
Should the Constitution of Virginia be amended to allow the General Assembly to
temporarily adopt new congressional districts to restore fairness in the upcoming
elections, while ensuring Virginia's standard redistricting process resumes for all future redistricting after the 2030 census?
Notice there is no mention that DEMs already have a specific redistricting plan that will steal the votes of a million conservative voters.
What was unfair in the 2020 Virginia districts that needs to be "restored"?
Many CDs will be impacted, but the stolen ones are CD1, CD2, CD5, and CD6
"while ensuring" a return to "standard redistricting" in 2030 ??? What stops the DEMs from doing this again in 2030 ? DEMs have gotten good at cheating.
Read the text and think like someone who doesn't follow politics, or someone
who watches some of the DEM ads that cost millions of dollars to promote the amendment. You can see how someone might be easily fooled.
